Ingredients
For the mass we need
- 250g (two cups) of flour for baking
- 15g of yeast pressed or dehydrated
- Enough water
- One pinch of sault
- oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 350g of meat ( any type but it must be picked)
- Olive oil
- 1 roast bell pepper
- 1 spon of sweety pepper
- Ham
- Mushrooms
- Tabasco´s sauce
- Onnion (cutted in small pieces)
- 100g of red beans
- 150g of mashed potatoes
- 50g of finely ground
- 150g morzarella cheese lined
- 1 palta madura
- A lime
- Sault
- Pepper
Preparation
- We grilled the oil in a pan compained with the onnion, bell pepper and the garlics, then when our ingredients start browning we add the minced meat and then we mixed it constantly with a spoon to avoid the meat became burned so dont forget to add sault, pepper, tabasco´s sauce and the beans to create that mexican texture.
- We prepare the mass with the basic metod so start creating a carpet with the sour and the yeast adding in small portions the water, we kneading the mass with the roller, dont forget to add sault and the olive oil to give it a delicious taste
- we spear the tomatoes sauce around the pizzas base including the sides.
- We cover the base with the cheese and any other ingredient you like, dont forget to burned the oven before introduce the pizzsa
- We cut the bell pepper in longer and thinner slices and the ham and the mushrooms, remember to cut it from the loger of it.
- Then we add the misture that we made before off
- We introduce it into the oven
- Finally when the pizza became brown, we quit it and put it in a wood plate or any other to avoid burning
- Enjoy it with your family compained with the mashed potatoes, ketchup or any sauce you like it.
