Ingredients
800 gr of cutten sheep meat
500 gr. of potatoes(it must be cutted)
200 gr. of onnion (cutted in slices)
1 we need a oiled big leg
2 mushed garlics
Chopped parsley
Broth

Irish recipe are learnt by us to celebrate the next year the Saint Patrick´s day, so this recipe is a traditional food that its usual in the common gastronomy, this is the Irish stew, this delicious food is cooked for special days and its easy to make it

How the Irish stew is cooked

Meat is bought without the gland leg, so it is defreeze in case we would have it froozen. so the flesh is oiled in a griddle and the garlics are spread in all the leg. Oven is heated in a high temperature and we must put the leg in. We will wait to the meat cooking.

We must have another tray oiled with thin slices of onnion and potatoes sparced, pepper musn´t be forgot. We started to mix the broth to our tray, this mixture is placed near the meat into the oven. 20 minutes are left for cooking and then the meat is leapted with a few water.

Its necesary for the oven to get low temperature, cooking is continued for one or a half hour. Then our tray is covered with foil.

The food is left to rest during 15 minutes.

The meat is cutted and served with the potatoes to enjoy it. If you want, sparley could be dusted to your dish.

Freesh and traditional beer isnt allowed to forget including with this meal

The food of this country it’s a little simple because the Irish gastronomic don’t use many spices or ingredients. We can cook as the Irish style with the principal ingredients that take parts of the basic alimentation of Ireland as potatoes, cheese, meat, butter, fish and a lot of vegetables that forms the delicious dishes that probably will make drain spittle.

To celebrate the Saint Patrick’s Day we can cook any traditionally food to enjoy this Anglo-Saxon celebration, we will check the principal dishes of this country, and we are going to view the ingredients and the preparation.

Guinness and Onion Soup with Irish Cheddar Crouton
We need:
·         Extra-virgin olive oil
·         Garlics
·         Onions
·         Salt
·         Sherry vinegar
·  Dark beer (we can use any type of beer but it’s recommendable to use a traditionally Irish beer)
·         Beef stock
·         6 slices country bread (we must toast it)
·         Irish Cheddar

This soup has easy level of preparation so it is going to take us as 40 min of preparation. We must heat the olive oil in a large spoon to add the beef, then we must add the garlic, we cook this to have proper condition and we continue adding onions, salt and cook for about 5 minutes stirring often. Then we reduce the heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the onions became totally fried.
We add the vinegar and beer but before we must reduce it by half and add the beef stock, we cook it for 10 more minutes.
We transfer the soup to individual soup bowls. We companied this delicious soup with toasted bread slices with Cheddar, a delicious and freeze beer and piping hot.

Haiku

Writing a poem with the traditional japanese style.

  Our planet

A big piece of earth

full of live
lives inside of us

Sunny days

I received a warm hit

taking away my freshness
raving around my body

Rain
Little tears falls again
that remembers me
why i am lonely

Spring

My heart starts beating

as the flower bloom
waiting for my butterfly
